Are you a dependable driver with leadership skills and a clean record? We’re looking for a Lead Delivery Driver to oversee delivery operations and lead teams at client sites.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive company vans to deliver materials safely and on time
- Lead a team of warehouse/delivery associates with minimal supervision
- Be the face of the company with our clients—professional, clear, and courteous
- Use a smartphone to coordinate deliveries (device allowance included)
- Support warehouse tasks when not driving
- Maintain safety, accuracy, and clean workspaces
What You Need:
- 2+ years clean driving record
- Valid Driver’s License & pass a drug screen
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Able to lift 50–75 lbs, work long shifts, and start at 5:00 AM
- No metal implants or electronic medical devices
- Not currently or formerly employed by Amazon
Bonus Points:
- Forklift certified (or willing to certify with us)
- Experience in warehouse logistics or team leadership
